🌲 About Dreamy Estates
Dreamy Estates is a family-run business founded by two first-generation Canadian brothers, Nick and Chris.
👨👩👦👦 Our story begins in the 1960s, when our parents, Jacqueline and Daniel, immigrated from France to Canada with a dream: To build their own Cabane au Canada.
🏡 Thirty years later, they made it happen — on a stunning 100-acre property in the Grey Highlands, north of Toronto.
💡 The Realisation
As kids, we watched our parents enjoy their dream home. But we noticed something:
📉 They rarely used more than 5% of their land.
🌲 The rest? Untouched.
That got us thinking: Why should people have to buy 100 acres just to enjoy a peaceful, private slice of nature?
🎯 Our Mission
Most rural land in Canada is sold in massive parcels — making it unaffordable for everyday families.
So we started Dreamy Estates with a simple goal:

🧠 Meet the Brains Behind the Dream
We’re not a big corporation. We’re just two brothers with very different skill sets — and a shared love for land.

Nick is a forest ecologist 🌳 — he handles the mapping and marketing, and knows how to read a landscape like most people read a menu.

Chris is an accountant 💼 — he mans the phones and makes the deals, and can spot a good value faster than you can say “spreadsheet.”
👟 We both walk the lots ourselves — hand in hand...
Well, not literally. That would be weird. But we’re always side by side, making sure every property is something we’d be proud to own ourselves.

📝 We do the mapping, marketing, and offer writing ourselves.
🔧 We hire trusted local firms for legal work, surveying, and lot creation.
💸 We save money at every step — and pass those savings on to you. (Okay, not all of them — we do have to make a living.)

Our properties are located in fully serviced, bilingual municipalities in Québec — just 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes from Ottawa. Nick lives just down the road
