If you’d prefer, we’re happy to meet you there, walk the property with you, and go over your options—literally step by step.
Step 2 : Secure Your Lot
Once you’ve chosen your land, we prepare an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, outlining:
Your purchase price
The deposit
Timelines
Any applicable conditions
Built-in Buyer Protection
Your deposit is not held by Dreamy Estates. It goes directly into a Notary’s Trust Account, and we are only paid once the Title is officially transferred into your name. This ensures a secure, transparent transaction from start to finish.
Step 3: Closing With A Notary
In Québec, real estate transactions are completed through a Notary, not a lawyer. We work with a trusted local Notary, Me Dominique Bloies, who:
Represents both buyer and seller
